If you'd like to get in touch, our friendly team are here to help.

You can tell us the nature of your enquiry, whether you're the account holder or whether you're enquiring on behalf of another account holder. We can then ensure your query gets directed to the correct business area.

What we'll ask you for

  • Your Welsh Water account reference number This can be found in the top right corner of your bill, on your My Account dashboard, or the reference on your payment if you pay by direct debit.
  • Permission from account holder If applicable
  • Document of authority If you're acting on behalf of another account holder, we'll need you to upload a photograph/PDF of a letter of authority giving the account holder's permission for you to discuss their account.
