When you applied for a meter, you opted to be billed on our No Occupier Assessed Charge (NOAC) if we couldn't fit a meter
This offers a reduced bill based upon you advising us that there are no occupiers at the property.
As the NOAC has been in place for nearly 12 months, we need to hear from you regarding the status of your property.
