What happens next
You don't need to do anything further.
We will review your information and let you know the outcome in the next 10 working days. If accepted, the NOAC charge will be extended for a further 12 months, and we will send you an updated bill to reflect the likely usage at the property.
When to contact us
You must tell us immediately if you sell the property, or it becomes occupied, giving us the full names and the number of occupants. For tenant registration you can let us know quickly and easily by visiting www.landlordtap.com. If you sell the property please let us know here.
We may audit properties under a NOAC, including credit checks or physical inspections. If we determine that the property is occupied while being billed under a NOAC, we will reverse the charge and will bill you full unmeasured charges from the date we believe the property became occupied, so please keep us up to date.
